We take extreme pride in the health and fitness of every bird we sell. We will NEVER send a sick or injured bird. It’s part of what makes us different, and proud of what we do. We are a breeder, not a broker, therefore we get the opportunity to closely monitor all of our birds before shipping. We give every bird a thorough examination and weight check before shipping to ensure we only send healthy, robust birds.

That being said, we still guarantee live arrival of all birds we ship! Very rarely do we have any issue with birds perishing in transit. In the unlikely event that something happened, and your bird(s) did not arrive safely, simply take a clear-close up picture of the bird(s) lost and contact us by e-mail within 2 hours of receiving your package to receive a full store credit for any losses. Do not dispose of the bird(s) before credit approval. Packages not picked up from the Post Office or Delta cargo on the day of arrival will be exempt from our guarantee. All sales are final. We do not give refunds or accept returns on birds under any circumstances, and shipping/box costs are non-refundable. We always want to help our customers with their birds and any concerns, however once the birds arrive in their new homes we have no control over the possible dangers they could face; therefore we do not guarantee birds after live arrival.
